Hi! I'm Austin.

Welcome to my online portfolio! I hope you like it. Or, at the very least, think it looks nice.

I graduated from Western Carolina University in May of 2017, obtaining a B.S. in Public Relations and a minor in Journalism. During my tenure, along with the multiple positions I've been fortunate to be a part of, I've learned the importance of social media, production, conceptualization, creativity, and most importantly -- honesty -- as it pertains to the ever-changing online world.

Outside of design and social media, some of my favorite things to do are boxing (for exercise purposes only), cooking, learning about shipwrecks, quiet days of reading, fixing things and making music. My goals this year are to get the confidence to put on my own acoustic show and travel to another state in the US (Only 23 to go!). To the right you'll see me and my 13 year-old baby boy, Butter, who does not like posing for pictures, and was under house arrest that day for visiting the neighbors three miles away. He is my rock.

I designed this portfolio with the hopes of showing a little bit about myself, along with detailing the projects, campaigns and side engagements that I've been a part of. From baseball teams to newspapers, furniture stores to golf courses, I've been lucky enough to have seen a lot and done a lot more.
